Barratt and David Wilson Homes have been working closely with their contractors following delays caused by the recent wet weather conditions and concerns around preventing further damage to the surrounding site from potential machinery movements. As a result, health and safety plans have had to be reviewed and revisions made along with a further financial investment into temporary matting to protect the site and work is due to recommence again prior to Christmas. Subject to weather conditions, the paths should be completed early in the new year. Barratt and David Wilson Homes wish to thank residents for their continued patience whilst they work to deliver the new surfacing and paths and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
