Play areas reopening on the 4th of July
Bingham Town Council will be re-opening the following Play Areas on Saturday 4 July 2020:
- Orchard Park
- Wallenfells
- Cogley Lane
Wychwood Road will remain closed due to health and safety issues. The refurbishment will begin in August.
Please be responsible when using the community facilities and play your part when using the play parks.
Be COVID-19 Aware
- Please keep a two-metre distance between people at all times (where possible)
- Please ensure you bring hand sanitiser and use before and after using the play facilities
- The heavy touch points of the equipment are subject to a twice weekly cleaning regime by Bingham Town Council
- Please only have one family member accompanying a child in the play area at any one time to avoid overcrowding
- If the play area is busy, please consider returning at a quieter time when social distancing can be observed
- Consumption of food or drink on play equipment or in the playground area is not allowed
- Parents, guardians or carers should dispose of all litter including any used protective wear such as face coverings or gloves properly in litter bins. Disposable face coverings and gloves cannot be recycled
